Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 2026
At AmerasianTrade.com, we are committed to providing high-quality import/export services. Due to the nature of our business, we have established the following Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy:
1. No Refund Policy Due to the nature of international shipping and the complexity of logistics, all sales are final. Once goods have been shipped or services rendered, we do not offer refunds.
Shipping & Logistics: International shipping involves significant costs and is subject to various factors (e.g., customs fees, international transportation). Once goods are dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy Shipping and Import/Export Services: Once goods have been shipped or the import/export process has begun (e.g., customs clearance), cancellations are not permitted. We advise clients to confirm all shipment details and ensure they are accurate before finalizing any orders or shipping arrangements.
3. Return Policy Due to the nature of international trade, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for any products or goods that have been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If goods are damaged during transit or incorrect items are received, clients must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or resolving the issue according to the shipping contract. Please retain all packaging materials and provide photos of the damage for claims processing.
4. Force Majeure (Acts of God) AmerasianTrade.com shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this policy, including but not limited to the delivery of goods or services, due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.);
Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability;
Global pandemics or health crises (e.g., COVID-19 or other similar events);
Shipping disruptions, customs delays, or port strikes; or
Any other events or circumstances outside our reasonable control (collectively referred to as "Force Majeure Events").
In the event of a Force Majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate any delays or issues, but we are not responsible for delays, non-performance, or failure to fulfill our obligations under this policy.
5. Special Exceptions In certain circumstances, such as significant delays caused by shipping or customs issues directly attributable to us, we may consider partial compensation or other solutions. However, these decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
6. Handling of Disputes If a dispute arises regarding a service, cancellation, or shipment, we encourage clients to contact us. We aim to resolve disputes in a timely manner. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, it may be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
7. Modification of PolicyAmerasianTrade.com reserves the right to modify this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Effective Date." Clients will be notified of any material changes that may affect existing agreements.
